摘要: Until now, the materials investigated with a view to finding suitable intercalation host structures for positive electrode of electrochemical generators an alkali metal or silver anode have been essentially crystalline (transition didialcogenides and oxides). Yet discovery semiconducting properties phosphorus pentoxide-based glasses, quarter century ago [1], associated synthesis phosphate-based glasses high ionic conductivity [2, 3] allows us consider possibility employing as materials. These could offer significant technological advantages due their vitreous structure: 1. Easy synthesize; 2. Easy implement, in particular form micronic powders; 3. Isotropic structure, implying larger electrochemically active surface than case low dimensionality structures; 4. The good conductivities observed suggest diffusion coefficient mobile ion; 5. The density infers large number available sites intercalants and, consequently, independence volume material respect ratio. The use solid state secondary batteries should ensure that contacts are maintained throughout discharge-charge cycles; 6. The same forming oxide electrolyte avoid clear-cut localization interface since macromolecular chains will extend without interruption from electrode.
