摘要: In order to clarify the effect of allogeneic blood transfusion on liver metastases from primary cancer, liver-associated immune function after was evaluated in a murine model. Hepatic sinusoidal lymphocytes (HSL) were strongly cytotoxic conventional natural killer cell-sensitive target (YAC-1), as well cell-resistant solid adenocarcinoma cells (colon 26), compared with splenic lymphocytes. Allogeneic whole strikingly suppressed activities HSL. Red cell transfusions also cytotoxicity same degree. an animal model, increased rate metastases. Flow cytometric analysis showed that caused temporary decrease class II antigen positive fraction, mainly Kupffer's cells. This phenomenon occurred parallel changes hepatic antitumor activity, indicating possible importance involvement development activity These results suggest may be significant risk factor for metastasis by transiently suppressing immunocompetence liver.
