Vulvar Fibroadenoma with Lactational Changes in Ectopic Breast Tissue

摘要: Ectopic breast tissue represents any type of found outside its normal location in the pectoral region. The second most common for ectopic after axilla is vulvar We present a case healthy 20-year-old female, G1P1, who presented to Emergency Department with sudden increase size painful mass located her vulva, which started 4 days spontaneous vaginal delivery and 3 initiation breast-feeding newborn. She reported stable, smaller, painless same almost 2 years prior this episode. After surgical excision, fibroadenoma lactation changes within was confirmed.
