摘要: In this article we review the use of tunnel junction arrays for primary thermometry. addition to our basic experimental and theoretical results stress insensitivity method fluctuating background charges, nonidealities in array magnetic field. Important new are low temperature corrections half width depth measured conductance dip beyond linear approximation. We also point ou that short arrays, single junctions particular, show interesting deviations from universal behaviour long arrays.
