Fluorometric Determination for Ofloxacin by Using an Aptamer and SYBR Green I

摘要: A fluorometric method is described for the determination of ofloxacin (OFL). It based on use fluorescent intercalator SYBR Green I (SG-I). The OFL-aptamer has G-quadruplex structures and can be recognized by SG-I. results in strong fluorescence If OFL present, will bind to its aptamer form stable complexes. This induces despiralization partial dsDNA regions, leads changes structure aptamer. Thus, SG-I released from into solution. Hence, drops. Fluorescence decreases linearly 1.1 200 nM concentration range, limit detection 0.34 nM. shows good selectivity much interference including analogues, hormones, pesticides. also effortless fast with times measurement <40 min. In addition, recoveries 91.3–119.0% were found tap water, river water artificial urine spiked relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤11.6%.
