摘要: Abstract Objective The main purpose of this study was to determine the reliability transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)-related measurements linked corticospinal control tibialis anterior (TA) muscle in healthy subjects. Methods Inter-investigator and intra-investigator (within-session with a 1.5-h interval; between-session 4-week interval) motor threshold, recruitment curve its slope MEP area at plateau, latency, maximum (MEPmax) area, duration minimum silent period (SPmax SPmin) were assessed 50 (29 men 21 women) subjects (mean age 44.8 years, range 22–74 years) using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC), standard error measurement (SEM) smallest real difference (SRD). Results high ICC values lower SEM SRD indicate good intra- inter-investigator for threshold (ICC 0.94–0.98), latency 0.79–0.93), SPmax 0.89–0.95) SPmin 0.79–0.81) Conclusions These results suggest that TMS-related investigated are reliable Significance data could be useful further studies on cortical excitability changes, such as those induced by therapeutic interventions (e.g. rehabilitative treatment).
