摘要: In the most past hub location problem (HLP) studies, failure probability is limited to a constant value; while in reality, it depends on various factors including natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes, commodity flow, institutional elements strikes, etc. This paper looks into of network design through new model. The maximize reliability minimize total routing cost simultaneously. order provide more realistic model, hub’s probabilities were considered function incoming traffic.
