摘要: Abstract The influence of the composition experimental systems on kinetics crystallization tetragonal (B8) and cubic (B1) modifications zeolite NaP from freshly prepared aluminosilicate gels was studied by various techniques (XRD, SEM, EDX, chemical analysis solid liquid phase, polycondensation silicon in phase). formation primary particles P takes place two nucleation processes: first is rapid heterogeneous second quasi-crystalline phase inside gel matrix as potential nuclei. latter become active nuclei after their release dissolved part consequent full contact with phase. crystal growth modification found to be expressed d L t c = k g [C Al ][C Si ] n , where change size discrete P, tc time crystallization, CAl CSi are concentrations aluminum (which depend alkalinity system), kg 1.888 cm min−1 mol5.567 dm−16.701 4.567 constants.
