摘要: Pilots from the United States, Philippines, and Taiwan as well flight attendants Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, completed a 20-item attitudinal questionnaire about group processes on deck. A three-dimensional INDSCAL analysis revealed one dimension, used primarily by eight Asian groups, which reflected high power distance collectivism. The second reflecting individualism moderate distance, was U.S. attendants. third low almost exclusively pilots. similarity among groups attributed in part to questionnaire's monocultural bias. new study is outlined, training recommendations are offered.
