摘要: Abstract Cardiolipins of rat tissues were isolated by column chromatography and analyzed. The P content ranged from 2.61% to 3.64%. ester:P ratio varied 1.63 2.09, the glycerol:P ratios 1.34 1.68. fatty acid spectrum tissue cardiolipins showed some, like heart, kidney liver be highly unsaturated others brain, lung testis saturated. Analysis acids released phospholipase A demonstrated that certain are preferentially β-linked, but on whole, distribution is much more random than other phospholipids, lecithins. All degraded hot acetic yield diglycerides, very small amounts monoglycerides, P-containing products. However, only with rat-liver cardiolipin, beef-heart a synthetic cardiolipin appreciable water-soluble released. On treatment sodium methoxide at 0° all give rise 4–6 lyso-derivatives resulting sequential loss one or acids. eventually completely methyl esters, compound smaller products including free vitamin A. In case alkaline hydrolysis yields not in stoichiometric amount. react [14C]acetic anhydride radioactive acetylated derivative. results this investigation show whereas has structure consistent recently synthesized structure. New provisional structures for proposed which phosphate groups bears third moiety (such as A) tertiary ester group mixed carboxylic acid-phosphoric anhydride.
