摘要: This study addressed the key factors affecting extraction and quantification of glycogen from floccular granular mixed microbial cultures collected activated sludge, nutrient removal systems photosynthetic consortiums: acid concentration, hydrolysis time concentration biomass in hydrolysis. Response surface modelling indicated that 0.9 M HCl a 1 mg mL(-1) were optimal conditions for performing Floccular samples only needed 2-h whereas required as much 5 h. An intermediate 3 h yielded an error 10% compared to results obtained with times specifically tailored type can thus be recommended practical compromise.
