摘要: An interspecific F2 population from a cross between cultivated eggplant, Solanum melongena, and its wild relative, S. linnaeanum, was analyzed for quantitative trait loci (QTL) affecting leaf, flower, fruit plant traits. A total of 58 plants were genotyped 207 restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) markers phenotyped 18 characters. One to eight detected each with 63 QTL identified. Overall, 46% the had allelic effects that reverse those predicted parental phenotypes. Wild alleles agronomically superior identified 42% flowering time, flower number, set, calyx size glossiness. Comparison map positions eggplant similar traits in tomato, potato pepper revealed 12 have putative orthologs at least one these other species orthology most often observed tomato. Traits showing potential were: leaf length, shape lobing; days flowering; number flowers per inflorescence; height apex, stem hairiness. The functionally conserved included major lobing (llob6.1) is putatively orthologous (c) and/or Petroselinum (Pts) mutants two time (dtf1.1, dtf2.1) also counterparts tomato four trichomes potato. These results support mounting evidence conservation gene function during evolution relatives their last common ancestor indicate this not limited domestication
