摘要: Distributed software development (DSD) is becoming popular due to the potential of delivering highquality products in a timely and economical manner. Recently, practitioners started apply agile methods their DSD environment. However, there are not many empirical researches that have reported whether really viable for distributed development. This paper illustrates issues Scrum method geographically team setting as it applies large-scale missioncritical projects. Through an in-depth case study, we examine how communication, coordination, control managed what technologies expected mitigate difficulties arising (DScrum). Finally, suggest several ideas overcome discovered this study.
