摘要: The authors studied the morphology of following cells: renal cells ofMacacus rhesus, cardiac cinomolgus, and different lines malignant HeLa Hep cells. All these were cultured on mica films in liquid nutrient medium. Although dynamics cytological changes cultures similar, each one them had certain growth peculiarities reflected curves mitotic activity. In 122 experiments this activity was low. Evidently, cellular reproduction here occurs by amitosis. Irregular mitoses are encountered all four as a manifestation, intensive reproduction. culture vary depending originating directly from body or subculture. cinornolgus heart differs number signs (dynamics activity, shape nuclei) cells, with which it has morphological similarities.
