摘要: As the most abundant protein with a variety of physiological functions, albumin has been used extensively for delivery therapeutic molecules. Thiolactone chemistry provides powerful tool to prepare spin-labeled albumin-based multimodal imaging probes and agents. We report synthesis tamoxifen homocysteine thiolactone derivative its use in thiol-‘click’ multi-functionalized serum albumin. The released sulfhydryl group functional handle was labeled nitroxide reagent albumin–tamoxifen conjugate confirmed by MALDI-TOF-MS, EPR spectroscopy, UV-vis fluorescent emission spectra. This is basis novel tamoxifen–albumin theranostic significant (dose-dependent) inhibitory effect on proliferation malignant cells. response human glioblastoma multiforme T98G cells breast cancer MCF-7 conjugates different tumor expression level ERα our experiments. These results provide further impetus develop
