摘要: The insulin system including hormone and signaling mechanisms realizing a wide spectrum of its regulatory effect is one the major systems in animals human organism. At present history origin this course evolution starts to be formed. There are grounds believe that it appeared unicellular eukaryotes, developed multicellular ones, achieved significant perfection higher vertebrates. This paper analyzes structural-functional organization insulin-like peptides, their receptors, corresponding four types invertebrates (sponges, nematodes, molluscs, arthropods) comparison with those revealed evolutionary conservatism common peptides vertebrate animals; receptors growth factor 1 vertebrates have tyrosine kinase activity; blocks, similar by primary structure invertebrate (IRS-proteins, G-proteins, adenylyl cyclase, protein kinases A C, etc.). point view put forward functional blocks does not mean absence changes as whole. Examples such leading complication at supramolecular cellular levels an increase efficiency functioning presented.
