摘要: Salt tolerance was evaluated in 340 accessions of Hordeum, consisting 41 brittle-rachis forms Hordeum vulgare L. subsp. (H. agriocrithon) accessions, 154 H. spontaneum spontaneum) and 145 ten other species or subspecies wild Hordeum. Germination carried out at concentrations 171, 257, 342 mM NaCl. The levels salt for seed germination were generally lower than those found by Mano et al. (1996) cultivated barley; the NaCl level different as follows: agriocrithon > species. In addition, leaf injury index used to assess seedling stage after treatment with 500 solution four weeks. higher & Takeda (1995) barley. Most showed high are considered good sources germplasm breeding.
