Intraorally, there nodular right alveolar ridge involving region premolars and molars, computed tomography showed an expansible multilocular lytic lesion. Histologic examination revealed lesion composed fibrous stroma sheets presenting extensive transformation, surrounded peripheral ameloblast-like cells. Immunohistochemistry negativity for Ki-67. The diagnosis GCA. marginal resection performed, microscopic confirmed diagnosis. remains monitoring, reconstruction will be held soon.
