摘要: Abstract Objectives The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) among older Iranian patients with cancer and analyze effect chemotherapy treatment on patients' sleep problems. relationship between disturbances physical activity, psychological factors, demographic data, are also explored. Methods This cross-sectional consisted interviews 83 patients, >60 years old a solid tumor, carried out in Cancer Institute Iran once prior receiving second time after first cycles chemotherapy. Questionnaires Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS), Hospital Anxiety Depression Scales (HADS), Activities Daily Living (ADL), Instrumental (IADL), Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (ECOG PS). Medical data were gathered from hospital records.
