摘要: An electronically tunable resonant accelerometer is shown wherein the frequency of a peak may be adjusted over range frequencies. A piezoelectric element used with seismic mass to generate an output voltage in response reciprocating motion accelerometer. In compression mode, feedback loop applies second mechanically coupled first mentioned element. cantilever another location along which formed from two bonded elements. By adjusting gain and phase loop, first, varied wide frequencies give increased sensitivity occurring at within narrow band width centered on frequency, and, second, damping resonance control resonance.
