Patients with and/or leg often suspected of having lumbosacral nerve root compression referred to neurologists, neuromuscular specialists, electrodiagnostic laboratories. This chapter reviews the clinical spectrum thoracic radiculopathies, including relevant anatomic pathophysiologic considerations, diagnosis, management, prognosis.
