摘要: The human cardiovascular system is a closed-loop and complex vascular network with multi-scaled heterogeneous hemodynamic phenomena. Here, we give selective review of recent progress in macro-hemodynamic modeling, focus on geometrical multi-scale modeling the network, micro-hemodynamic microcirculation, as well blood cellular, subcellular, endothelial biomechanics, their interaction arterial vessel mechanics. We describe detail methodology its potential applications research clinical practice. In addition, present major topics for future study: patient-specific applications, capillaries cells, importance modeling. Here
