摘要: Abstract In this paper, undrained diffuse instability and strain localization of frictional materials under plane conditions were studied. Based on a 3D non-associated Mohr–Coulomb hardening model, the theoretical criteria for proposed by second-order work theorem vanishing determinant acoustic tensor. The used to predict characteristics soil specimen in isotropically anisotropically consolidated tests. studies showed that, when was loaded strain-controlled loading mode, becomes potentially unstable slightly before shear stress reaches its peak value. initiation accompanies with stress, softening occurs further loading. Strain predicted tensor, it is shown occur after instability. non-coaxial plasticity flow rule adopted improve prediction onset localization, while inclusion shows no influence Both at stage result reduction deviatoric stress.
