摘要: In Switzerland, the advantages of timber buildings for climate are broadly discussed. following paper, a comparative sustainability assessment four building alternatives is presented. Especially contribution implementing Swiss versus implementation imported highlighted. Additionally, timber-hybrid structures compared to pure reinforced concrete structure. The structure, with timber, has clear ecological only half greenhouse gas emissions and non-renewable energy consumption alternative. Comparing alternative alternative, there advantages, as well. terms economic social criteria, lowest production costs labor intensity (measured in full-time equivalents). paper includes an analysis biogenic CO2 storage within alternatives. Finally, up-scaling national level attempted, showcasing promoting use locally produced timber.
