摘要: HLA class II Ag are encoded by a family of related genes clustered in the HLA-D region MHC. The expression this multi-gene is highly regulated and regulation essential for control immune response. Class gene constitutive limited number cell types can be induced IFN-gamma negative cells. In study, we have clarified two aspects IFN-gamma. 1) induction mechanism operates at level transcription there long lag phase signal transduction process. 2) requires de novo synthesis new protein(s). On basis, propose that regulates via trans-acting activator protein.
