摘要: This article compares the structure of educational systems in United States America and Federal Republic Germany, with emphasis on organizational curricular features both school-based work-based preparation for employment. The German American have developed fundamentally different models transition from system into labor market. These differences, which are characterized as differences systems' transparency permeability, affect young people's motivations school achievement, their conceptions work, future orientations. concludes recommendations improvements that could be achieved by borrowing each other.
