摘要: A 60-day feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the haemato-biochemical, innate immune response, antioxidant capacity and histopathological changes in Labeo rohita fingerlings fed rubber protein isolates (RPI). One hundred eighty (average weight 4.45 ± 0.01 g) were distributed into five experimental groups triplicate with isonitrogenous isocaloric diets. Soybean isolate (SPI) served as reference diet (Control), treatment diets formulated RPI25, RPI50, RPI75 RPI100 replacing 25, 50, 75 100% of SPI protein, respectively. The growth performance indices like final body (9.54-10.27 g), net gain (5.09-5.84 g), metabolic rate (4.54-5.02) feed efficiency ratio (0.60-0.65) among various not significantly different (P > 0.05). All haematological parameters, except red blood cells, showed no significant differences compared control group immuno-biochemical parameters albumin, globulin, total immunoglobulin, respiratory burst lysozyme activities did differ stress enzyme such superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) oxidative marker malondialdehyde (MDA) difference Histopathological examination liver revealed marked changes. In summary, results that RPI well utilised by fish its inclusion generate any oxidative-induced stress, thus, may be suggested a potential replacement for without detrimental effects. Hence, isolation offers unique opportunity utilisation seed meal.
