摘要: Wood-cement panels were manufactured using three lignocellulosic materials of Portuguese origin: blue gum (Eucalyptus globulus Labil.), maritime pine (Pinus pinaster Ait.) and cork (the bark oak, Quercus suber L.). Portland cement was used as a binder in the ratio either 8/1 or 4/1 (cement/lignocellulose on weight basis). Experimental had target density 1500 kg/m3. Particles received after water washing, with addition CaCl2 setting accelerator. The following properties determined: density, moisture content, thickness swelling, internal bond, modulus elasticity rupture. In general terms, fulfill requirements EN 634-1 634-2 standards. only exception rupture which lower than required. Unlike organic resin bonded panels, adding more does not necessarily result better panels.
