摘要: BACKGROUNDTo ascertain the effect of intravenous administration magnesium in acute myocardial infarction on frequency arrhythmias and mortality, a meta-analysis randomized controlled trials was performed.METHODS AND RESULTSThe study included 930 patients with admitted to primary referral hospitals. Administration associated 49% reduction ventricular tachycardia fibrillation. The incidence cardiac arrest reduced by 58%. supraventricular tachycardias also lower. Overall, there 54% mortality.CONCLUSIONSIntravenous is safe effective method reducing mortality infarction.
