摘要: The theory of current collection a moving cylindrical probe is investigated. Volt‐ampere relations are derived for two distinct cases: (i) general‐ion accelerating collector potential and its special cases, including to the stationary probe, orbital‐motion‐limited probes, sheath‐area‐limited probes; (ii) general‐electron retarding random‐electron probes. Orientation cylinder with respect drift velocity vector taken into account. characteristics included illustrating functional behavior relations.
