摘要: Integration of hydrogeological and geological data into a conceptual model is critical for site investigation programs, since this the basis modeling engineering. In Hungarian Radioactive Waste Disposal Investigation Program, several methods have been used to characterize potential host rock (granite) at Bataapati repository low intermediate level radioactive waste. Hydrogeological acquisition revealed some characteristic aspects site. One most important presence extensive deformation zones (faults) with hydraulic conductivity, which strongly reduce direct communication between adjacent blocks (compartmentalization). This mass results in mosaic-like distribution compartments, each an almost constant head. Within tests shown that transmissivity scale dependent: larger scale, higher measured transmissivity. The highly transmissive cause very gradients within block, thus transport processes are influenced by or average matrix.
