摘要: An effective way for inoculation of bacteria into dry foods/ingredients that gives a uniform mixture was developed. In the first part this experiment, Salmonella typhimurium successfully inoculated chalk. Chalk tubes were weighed then soaked in broth with S. and allowed to back their original weight. dried chalk made powder form. A viable cell count chalk, using selective media typhimurium, showed organism survived drying while entrapped “charged” used an experiment as inoculum where it mixed low-moisture poultry feed. comparison liquid inoculum, superior inoculating particles because created more homogenous feed without altering any properties itself. second entailed shelf-life study same procedures done ten different cultures including Bacillus cereus, Clostridium perfringens, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Lactobacillus plantarum, Listeria monocytogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecalis. Data are stable at least six months.
