摘要: Recent calculations of electron and proton impact excitation rates in Ne vii are used to calculate theoretical emission line ratios involving both Δn=0 (2–2) Δn=1 (2–3) transitions the ∼ 97–895 A wavelength range. comparison these with existing solar observations, obtained by instruments on rocket flights Skylab mission, reveals generally good agreement between theory observation. This provides experimental support for accuracy atomic data adopted ratio calculations, implies that latter may be applied confidence analysis stellar spectra from current future satellite missions.
