摘要: Abstract Music signals possess specific acoustic and structural characteristics that are not shared by spoken language or audio from other domains. In fact, many music analysis tasks only become feasible exploiting suitable music-specific assumptions. this chapter, we give an overview of feature design principles have been applied to account for the aspects. particular, discuss various musically expressive representations refer musical dimensions such as harmony, rhythm, timbre, melody. Furthermore, highlight practical relevance these in context current retrieval tasks. Here, our general goal is show how development signal processing techniques fundamental importance tackling otherwise infeasible problems.
