摘要: Abstract Objective To evaluate treatment efficacy and patient acceptability of the new Radiographic Tubal Assessment Set (RTAS) (Cook Ireland Ltd., Limerick, Ireland) for selective salpingography (SSG). Study design 33 women, between 23 38 years old, referred to Fertility Centre Department Obstetrics, Gynecology Reproductive Science, Second University Naples, sterility problems, underwent an office operative SSG with RTAS. Of 12 had bilateral tubal obstruction (Group A) 21 unilateral B). Patients who did not regain patency were laparoscopic surgery. verify acceptability, a visual analogue score (VAS 1-10) pain was completed immediately after procedure. Results From total 45 obstructed fallopian tubes, 34 recanalized, giving success rate procedure 75.6% (p  Conclusion The RTAS can be considered safe effective tool perform this recanalization, high patient. “see treat” approach in patients proximal (PTO) suggests future use device under sonographic guidance, taking into account accurate selection.
