摘要: Abstract The extracellular matrix (ECM) comprises of many structural molecules that constitute the environment. ECM are characterized by specific features like diversity, complexity and signaling, which also results improvement or development disease mediated some physiological changes. Several drugs have been used to manage diseases they reported modulate assembly, including changes, beyond their primary targets metabolism. This review highlights alteration environment for effect different classes nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, immune suppressant drug, steroids on its components. Thus, it is summarized from previously conducted researches can be managed targeting components involved in pathophysiology diseases. Moreover, drug delivery focused has potential discovery targeted site release drugs. Therefore, could future new controlling various conditions neurodegenerative cancers.
