摘要: In the present study, apigenin loaded lipid nanocapsules (AP-LNC) was prepared with phase inversion method and formulation optimized by simplex lattice design experiment drug loading encapsulation efficiency as indexes. The of optimal AP-LNC were 1.26 +/- 0.05% 95.86 0.38%, respectively. concentration in solution 5.88 mg/mL. shape spherical good dispersion. average particle size zeta potential 46.1 nm - 28.18 mV, vitro release experiments showed that behavior AP from LNC fitted two dynamics process. anti-proliferative activity investigated using MTT assay, results could significantly enhance inhibition rate to HepG2 cell MCF-7 cell. It be concluded a carrier for improving solubility biological AP.
