摘要: A continuum-source tungsten coil electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometer has been assembled, evaluated, and employed in four different applications. The instrument consists of a xenon arc lamp light source, atomizer, Czerny-Turner high resolution monochromator, linear photodiode array detector. This provides simultaneous multi-element analyses across 4 nm spectral window with 0.024 nm. Such device might be useful many types analyses. To demonstrate this broad appeal, very applications have evaluated. First all, the temperature gas phase was measured during atomization cycle coil, using tin as thermometric element. Secondly, summation approach for two lines aluminum falling within same (305.5 - 309.5 nm) improves sensitivity without requiring any additional preconcentration steps. third application describes background subtraction technique, it is applied to analysis an oil emulsion sample. Finally, interference effects caused by Na on Pb were studied. measurements suggests that negative arises at least partially from competition between atoms H2 phase.
