摘要: We report the first observation of complete quenching Hall effect in a one-dimensional conductor. In our narrowest wires at low temperatures and for small magnetic fields, where 1D subband splittings exceed both kBT ℏωc, we observe striking departures from 2D effect, characterized by an unexpected low-field plateau precipitous, suppression resistance. believe these to be unambiguous manifestations electrical transport; they appear provide direct measure number quantum conduction channels that participate.
