摘要: Purpose: Esophageal cancer is the sixth leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide, and associated with a poor prognosis. Stromal tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (sTIL) certain single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) have been found to be predictive patient survival. In this study, we explored association between SNPs sTIL regarding predictability disease-free survival in patients esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Materials methods: We collected 969 pathologically confirmed ESCC from 2010 2013 genotyped 101 59 genes. The number for each was determined using an automatic algorithm. A Kruskal-Wallis test used determine genotype sTIL. genotypes clinical factors related were analyzed Kaplan-Meier curve, Cox proportional hazards model, log-rank test. Results: median age 67 (42-85 years), there follow-up 851.5 days 586 died. univariable analysis showed that 10 Six also multivariable revealed sTIL, rs1801131, rs25487, rs8030672 independent prognostic markers patients. model combining SNPs, characteristics outperformed alone predicting outcomes patients. Conclusion: discovered built improved prediction
