摘要: Genetic alterations that occur in human breast cancers are believed to be of importance for initiation as well progression the disease. In order find a genetic alteration may used prognostic marker, 82 familial carcinomas were analyzed loss constitutional heterozygosity at polymorphic loci on all chromosomes. Frequently occurring allele losses compared estrogen receptor expression, lymph node metastases, tumor size time operation, and distant metastases follow-up 2-15 years later. Loss (LOH) long arm chromosome 16 operation was significantly correlated (P < 0.001) with occurrence 1-13 after operation. addition, LOH 16q not status, positivity, or size, nor any these parameters. The results suggest existence suppressor gene facilitates hematogenic spread cancer this locus is an independent marker cancer.
