摘要: This paper examines the pavement model test box (PMTB) testing method and its suitability for determining stiffness modulus, fatigue permanent deformation properties of a structure constructed with cementitiously stabilized granular base layer 250 mm thickness clay subgrade 330 that are required design involving these materials. A new laboratory PMTB setup extensive instrumentations to measure soil deformations strains is presented in this paper. The arrangement stiffness, characteristics was examined by studying material 1.5 % general blend (GB) cement-flyash material. continued at frequency 3 Hz up 8 millions load cycles measured horizontal tensile strain bottom stabilised used determine life layer. study indicates measurement setups suitable undertaking cyclic tests materials reliably.
