摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs/miRs) have been revealed to influence the development and progression of glioblastoma. Although a number miRNAs are abnormally expressed in glioblastoma it is not clear whether they factor associated with pathogenesis. In present study, miR-7-5p was identified as being aberrantly downregulated tissues cell lines. overexpression significantly decreased migratory invasive capacity cells, while silencing had opposite effect. addition, luciferase assay confirmed that special AT rich sequence binding protein 1 (SATB1) direct target gene The SATB1 promote migration invasion. may weaken inhibitory effect on reversed effects invasion cells. conclusion, be useful therapeutic for diagnosis treatment patients
