摘要: In this article, the issue is whether witch-hunts can be seen to share certain aspects with realm of sacrifice. With resource recent developments in Pacific Island nation Vanuatu, it argued that witchcraft ‘the other side sacrifice’ more than one sense: firstly, as witch sacrificing its victim and breaking through social world from a beyond and, secondly, witch-hunt movement purpose accused for healing community. The argument hinges on alignment space intended by sacrifice revealed appearance – both articulating an engagement very source life’ (Hubert & Mauss 1964: 98).
