摘要: Sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) in pregnancy can present as snoring and/or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and the prevalence is increasing due to increase maternal obesity. Pregnant women often with fatigue daytime sleepiness rather than classic symptoms. Habitual snoring, older age, chronic hypertension, high prepregnancy body mass index are reliable indicators of increased risk for SDB should trigger further testing. The gold standard diagnosis OSA an overnight laboratory polysomnography. Although there no studies linking poor fetal outcomes, well-being remains paramount throughout course pregnancy.
