摘要: Resume L'infection bacterienne neonatale par contamination maternofœtale a fait l'objet de nombreuses recommandations au cours la derniere decennie du sa frequence et gravite. Le but ces demarches est le depistage Streptococcus agalactiae afin l'eradiquer une antibiotherapie per partum. La revue litterature tente d'en effectuer synthese, presenter les francaises nord-americaines publiees, d'exposer differents inconvenients successives : leur difficulte d'application ; leurs risques maternels en rapport avec l'antibiotherapie, particulier l'emergence des bacteries Gram negatif resistantes ; neonatals, certaines consequences strategies aboutissant l'impression inefficacite (recrudescence infections neonatales resistantes, survenue plus tardive sepsis, utilisation d'antibiotherapie spectre large augmentation nosocomiales resistantes) ; puis d'aborder facteurs risque d'infection propositions prise charge.
