摘要: Up to 25% of patients with chronic hepatitis C have persistently normal serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels. Reports from some studies indicate that ALT levels are more likely be female and nondrinkers. Patients often mild disease on liver biopsy little or no fibrosis, but a small number may substantial fibrosis cirrhosis. Treatment interferon monotherapy has been disappointing. Combination therapy ribavirin is controversial, early clinical results shown good response rates. Currently, for HCV should based upon preferably done in the context trial.
