摘要: Patients with complex or surgically difficult intracranial aneurysms are being treated interventional neurovascular techniques. With neuroleptic anesthesia and a transfemoral femoral approach, silicone micro-balloon can be flow directed through the circulation, guided directly into aneurysm, detached. The aneurysm is thus eliminated from parent artery preserved. For broad-based ectatic aneurysms, test occlusion followed by permanent of vessel performed. Since 1981, 211 patients 215 including 177 cases involving anterior 38 posterior have been this technique. In 127 (59.1%), was occluded; in 88 (40.9%), primary achieved preservation artery. Therapy-related complications included 21 deaths (9.8%) 16 strokes (7.4%). Follow-up examinations were performed at 1, 3, 12 months after treatment, follow-up ranged 5 to 9 years. whom standard surgical therapy fails for inaccessible anatomic locations, techniques that make use detachable balloons may useful therapeutic alternative.
