摘要: One of the most important goals caring for critically ill patients is maintenance adequate organ perfusion; as such, hemodynamic monitoring has become a cornerstone critical care medicine. The ability to rapidly and accurately obtain interpret parameters, well manipulate these parameters according clinical changes, remains significant part intensivist’s practice. primary interest intensivist are physiologic markers preload, afterload, contractility balance between oxygen delivery (DO2) utilization. Today multitude monitors assist him in patient. pulmonary artery catheter (PAC) popular method obtaining such information [1–3]. Some controversy regarding risks benefits PAC use [2, 4] caused look other techniques [1, 5].
