摘要: An in-water training and rehabilitation device capable of individually rehabilitating an objective muscle forearms at home with ease is provided. The according to the present invention 10 that held a hand moved in water for purpose strengthening desired of, mainly, forearms, includes substantially planar resistance part 14 whose area variable plurality handles 13 different kinds. In invention, kinds may be constantly fixed as (d) or adapted replaceable appropriate through attaching removing mechanism.
